
The Next Bangor Waterfront ‘Night Market’ Is Set For August
Saturday night was a hit, so one more is coming your way soon!
While I was taking a walk on Saturday evening, I noticed a ton of people near the area surrounding the Sea Dog, also I saw an unusual amount of foot traffic, then it dawned on me, it was the first Bangor Waterfront Night Market of the season.
It resembled a concert night, with the sheer volume of folks strolling the waterfront, but if you happened to miss it, you're in luck, because another one is on the way.
Saturday, August 17th, from 4pm-10pm, is the date to mark on your calendar. Based on the success of the first event, you sholuld plan to get there early!
The Bangor Waterfront Night Market, is presented by Maine Micro Artisans, gathering over 200 talented makers from across the State of Maine, all in one convenient loaction!

- Home decor
- Handmade clothing
- Photography
- Fine art & so much more.
Plus, you can't have a party without food! There will be plenty of food vendors and small batch makers for everyone to enjoy.
Beyond the classic festival fare, you'll also find fudge, cookies, handmade candies, cheeses, breads, jams, local honey and an abundance of other local delights.
There will also be live music and an additional lineup of family-friendly entertainment.
As you take a summer stroll, you can listen to the music, shop, eat, and watch a beautiful Bangor sunset, all at the same time.
The event keeps the summer fun rolling for 6 exciting hours, from 4pm-10pm.
