Support The Bangor Walk To End Alzheimer’s With ‘Pizza Night’

Enjoy delicious Chicago style pizza, and support a great cause today!

Uno Pizzeria & Grill, located at 725 Stillwater Avenue in Bangor, is the place to be today from 4:30pm-9pm, for “Pizza Night To End Alzheimer’s” hosted by the Maine chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association.

You can learn more about the Walk to End Alzheimer's and meet the staff and planning committee. A portion of the proceeds from food sales will help support the 2022 Walk to End Alzheimer’s. All ages are welcome to attend and enjoy some delicious pizza pie!

The 2022 Annual Walk To End Alzheimer's, will take place on Saturday, October 1st, on the Bangor Waterfront, located at 81 Railroad Street. Check-in is at 9am. A ceremony will be held at 10am, then the walk is scheduled to begin at 10:30am

Registration is still open if you would like to participate in this day of community support. You can sign yourself up, or create a team of family, friends, or co-workers. All funds raised through Walk to End Alzheimer's, will further the care, support and research efforts of the Alzheimer's Association. For more information check out their website

This rain or shine event in October, is a great day for families and communities to come together and celebrate our differences and form connections, and of course, to get outside and enjoy some fresh air, and a walk.
