Stephen King Trolls Elon Musk On Social Media
The most famous person to ever live in Bangor, is not a fan, to put it mildly.
If you ever want to see the bottom of the barrel when it comes to social media, look no further than X, or as I call it, "The Artist Formerly Known As Twitter."
Pretty much anything goes on that platform, so when you are on it, you can expect to see people rip each other apart It also is a forum for celebrities to respond to comments they don't care for, or start a little trouble of their own. "The King of Horror" is no stranger to this.
Stephen King isn't shy about voicing his opinions on various things, which I guess is kind of the point of Twitter...uh I mean X. However, when you do that, you will get some serious blowback.
His clapback came when he reposted a video that Musk shared to X, showing a computer-generated image of a giant X structure looming large over skyscrapers in an unnamed city.
When Tesla CEO Elon Musk bought Twitter in October 2022, in a $44 billion deal and brought in a ton of changes, including changing the well-established name, not everyone was happy about it.
King refuses to call it X and has challenged Musk several times on this point.
Stay tuned, more than likely, the bad blood will continue between these two.
