The Cinderella Project has released its 2024 dates and is excited to announce there will be a new location for its weekend event in Searsport, Maine.

If you are unfamiliar with the Cinderella Project of Maine let me tell you a little about it. The Cinderella Project of Maine is a Belfast-based non-profit organization. It provides fabulous prom gowns to Maine high school students for free! It promotes positive self-esteem and community volunteerism among teens. Giveaway events occur in April at the two project branches; Belfast and Gardiner.

The new venue will be at the Mermaid Plaza at 1 E Main in Searsport. The Cinderella Project announced on its Facebook:

Searsport Shores Campground and Makers Guild of Maine have generously donated this space to Cinderella Project of Maine free of charge! Since this project is run on a very small budget, we rely primarily on the gracious support of our sponsors and donations from our community. We are so grateful to have found such a perfect venue to host our 2024 event.

The 2024 dates for The Cinderella Project of Maine in Searsport will be April 19 and 20. The partner site in Gardiner will host its event on April 13 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
