New week, new tunes on the Z!

You probably know Machine Gun Kelly as a rapper, one of the stars of the Motley Crue flick “The Dirt”, and the new boyfriend of Megan Fox, now he is out to conquer the pop charts

"My Ex's Best Friend" is a song off his album "Tickets to My Downfall". The tune features some guest vocals by Blackbear. It has a definite pop/punk kind of sound, which in my humble opinion is sorely missing in the musical landscape of today, It is truly a breath of fresh air! The two performed the song on the 2020 MTV Video Music Awards.

"Drivers License" is the debut single by American singer Olivia Rodrigo. It racked up an amazing 17 million global Spotify streams on January 12th, which broke record for the most single day streams.

Olivia posted an adorable video on her Instagram that showed us all how happy she was when she first heard her song on the radio.

It didn’t take long for Ariana Grande to release a second single from her new album “Positions”, the title track is currently the number one song in the country, but she dropped another one anyway. “34+35" The song's title and chorus reference a rather dirty topic, if you add the two numbers together, while the lyrics feature sexual puns, double entendres, and sex jokes.

During a recent interview on the Zach Sang Show, she was quoted as saying "I just think it's ridiculous, so funny and stupid. We heard the strings that sounded so Disney and orchestral, and full and pure. And I was just like, "Yo, what's the dirtiest possible, most opposing lyric that we could write to this?"
