New Business Alert- ‘The Sweet Spot’ In Bangor

Hey Bangor, coming soon, there will be a brand new place to indulge your sweet tooth.

The Sweet Spot in Bangor, is a successful catering business run by its owner, Hannah Carrier. She makes delicious decorated cookies and sweet treats. Originally, Hannah created The Sweet Spot to make some extra cash while she finished her Master's Degree, but it has blossomed into one of the top options for dessert catering in the area, but the story doesn't end there, in fact, it gets better.

The Sweet Spot, which is located at 50 Hammond Street in Bangor, will soon be a bakery, specializing in decorated sugar cookies for all holidays and special occasions, macarons, cakes and more.

There will be a grand opening celebration coming up next Thursday, April 1, from 10:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Be sure to take the opportunity to stop by, grab yourself a cookie, a cupcake, or any other of the new goodies that will be in the cases! The storefront at The Sweet Shop will be open till all the items sell out, starting at 10 am, so get there early to make sure you don't miss out! There is limited space in the shop due to COVID restrictions, so please mask up and adhere to Maine CDC guidelines and social distancing measures.
