Meet Toby, the subject of last night's season fnale of TLC's "My Strange Addiction"
Toby has had over 100 plastic surgery procedures with a cost of over $100,000 all in an effort to look like the troubled Canadian pop star.
You might notice that Toby is till rockin the swept do' that the Biebs got rid of several years ago, but it does remind of you when he was a clean cut wholesome kid...awwwww!
As for Toby? He clearly has his own problems.
