If you’re looking for one last end-of-summer blowout, this is a pretty great one to add to your bucket list.

The 5th Annual Seacoast Food Truck Festival is coming back to Kittery, Maine, this weekend, bringing even more food trucks, live music, shopping and family fun.

And it’s in Kittery, which means you’re just minutes from Portsmouth and the beach, making it an easy excuse to turn the festival into a full blown summer road trip. Hit the beach, grab some food, browse the vendors and make a day (or weekend!) of it.

Bring you appetite...There’s a lot to try.

With 15 food trucks, you’ll find everything from BBQ and Jamaican favorites to seafood, lobster rolls (including Cousins Maine Lobster), fried seafood, Hawaiian inspired dishes, whoopie pies, ice cream, smoothies and lots more.

There will also be 40 craft and specialty food vendors, so you can do a little shopping while you’re there.

Add in live music, craft brews and cocktails, plenty of seating and a free kids’ area, and there’s some good reasons to hang out for the day.

And for families, there will be plenty of photo opportunities. Mickey Mouse and Woody will be making appearances throughout the weekend, plus Tickles the Clown will be entertaining families
on both days.

Saturday: Mickey Mouse 11:30 AM–1:30 PM/Woody 2:30–3PM
Sunday: Mickey Mouse 11:30 AM–1PM/Woody 2–3:30 PM

And the best part? Admission is just $5 for both days, and kids 14 and under get in free.

So grab the family, bring your camera, strap on the feed bag, and make a weekend of it. With the beach just minutes away, the Seacoast Food Truck Festival is a pretty perfect way to squeeze in one more summer road trip before the season is over.
