From Eddie Murphy, to "D*** In A Box", it's a SNL kinda Christmas!

Wednesday, Dec. 16 "A Saturday Night Live Christmas Special" will air on WLBZ Channel 2, from 9 p.m. – 11 p.m. This news seems like the perfect opportunity to take a look at some of the funniest bits they have come up with over the last 45 seasons of the show. It's impossible to whittle it down to just a couple, so I dug up a few that have made me laugh out loud over the years.

First off, I will start by saying that just about a year ago, the legendary, Eddie Murphy, returned to host the show for the first time in 36 years, and he did not dissapoint. He did several of his classic characters, and he was a part of a bunch of Christmas themed sketches that 100% killed. What a treat it was to see him do a holiday Mr. Robinson's Neighborhood bit. It was a great reminder of his genius, so I would like to share my favorites with all of you.

So many years of amazing, iconic moments. Schweddy Balls, I Wish It Was Christmas, Bring It On Down To Wrappinville, Glengarry Glen Christmas, Di** In A Box, Dunkin Donuts, Two A-Holes In A Live Nativity Scene, are some of the ones that I can watch over and over, and let's face it, this has been a rough year, so this is a little bit of video comfort food for ya.

From all of us here at Z-107.3, we hope you have a happy holiday season!
