Our favorite American Idol contestant is back in Maine!

If you happened to be watching the show 207 on Channel 2, last night, you saw a familiar face.

Julia Gagnon stopped by the show to perform two songs, the classic "Somewhere Over The Rainbow", plus one of her original tunes called "Fall"

She also chatted with the hosts of the show about her experience on Idol, the new music she has been making with her finace, and her upcoming plans to tour the State of Maine, this summer.

July 21st-Claws & Country 2024 Music Festival

Brunswick Landing, Brunswick, Maine -11am-6pm

July 26th & July 27th-Johnson Hall Opera House, Gardiner, Maine

Both shows will feature Bella Ann Music as the opening act, and will start at 7:30pm

More dates area coming soon, but the big rumour is that she will take the stage with Jason Mraz, when he comes to the Maine Savings Amphitheater, on Sunday, July 7th.

The two had a fun duet on the season finale of American Idol, last month, called "I Feel Like Dancing" With any luck, she will be stop here in Bangor to sing it again!

Ever since leaving Los Angeles after the Idol finale, Julia has been enjoying her time back at home, here in Maine
