Deputies in Norridgewock seized drugs, a shotgun, and cash during an investigation that netted two arrests.
Somerset County, Maine Deputies Arrest 2 in Norridgewock for Drug Trafficking
According to the Somerset County Sheriff's Office, the two suspects face multiple charges.
Shawn Tracy, 53, of Norridgewock, is charged with:
- Aggravated trafficking in a Scheduled W drug (class A)
- Trafficking in a Scheduled W drug (class B)
- Possession of a firearm by a prohibited person
- Possession of a Scheduled X drug (class D)
Nichole Dyer, 34, of Norridgewock is charged with:
- Trafficking in a Scheduled W drug (class B)
- Violation of conditions of release
Officials say there's potential for additional charges.
Maine Deputies Seize Coke, Fentanyl, and Psilocybin Mushrooms in Norridgewock Bust
The arrests are the result of an investigation into illegal drugs allegedly being sold out of Tracy's residence on the Winding Hill Road in Norridgewock.
On Friday, August 7, 2026, members of the Somerset County Sheriff's Office executed a search warrant at the home.

Seized in that search were:
- Approximately 60 grams of cocaine base and fentanyl
- 289 grams of Psilocybin mushrooms
- Assorted controlled pills
- A shotgun
- Digital scales
- $4,222.00 in cash
Authorities say they located other indicators of drug trafficking taking place on the premises.

This investigation is ongoing.
