An entire day of fun for everyone is coming to Hermon!

The Summer of 2025 will be a memory before you know it, so get out an enjoy an annual 13-hour event that is a real crowd pleaser.

If your kids have been complaining about how there is “nothing to do”, bring ‘em to the Hermon Rec Summer Sizzler!

The Hermon Recreation Department is excited to bring back the Summer Sizzler this year, on Saturday, August 23rd, at Hermon Elementary School, from 8:00am-9:15pm

Grab your friends and family and and celebrate the town of Hermon, with a day of activities for people of all ages, including food, bounce houses, music, a slime run, car show and a cornhole tournament.

And you can't have a party without fireworks! a dazzling display will light up the sky at the end of the day.

Good news! The weather looks pretty good for the event tomorrow, with a mix of sun & clouds, and temps in the mid-80's!

Here is how the 2025 Hermon Summer Sizzler schedule of events breaks down for the day:

8:30 AM - Slime Run
10:00 AM - Car Show
10:00 AM - Grades 3-5 3v3
11:45 AM - Grades 6-8 3v3
12:00 PM - Carnival Land
12:00 PM - Booths/Vendors
12:00 PM - Juggle Show
1:00 PM - Dance Performance
1:30 PM - Adult 3v3
2:00 PM - Mad Science
3:00 PM - Cornhole Tournament
4:00 PM - Community BBQ @ Hermon Baptist Church
6:00 PM - HS 3v3
8:45 PM - Fireworks
