New Concert Alert: Halsey Is Coming To Bangor

One of the biggest pop stars in the world is coming to Maine!

In the last several years, Bangor has become a huge concert destination. Some of the biggest acts in music & comedy have come to town, and there are no signs of that slowing down anytime soon.

The only thing that makes a brutal Maine winter bearable, is when summer concert announcements come at you at a rapid-fire pace.

So far, The Lumineers, Jerry Seinfeld, Shania Twain, Avril Lavigne, Melissa Etheridge, Papa Roach, Goo Goo Dolls, Luke Bryan, and The Zac Brown Band, are some of the huge names announced, and with the list of shows just starting to heat up, now you can add a superstar to the mix.

Halsey will perform at the Maine Savings Amphitheater, on Wednesday, June 4th, with special guests, Sir Chloe and Hope Tala.

Tickets go on sale, Friday, February 21st, at 10 am. You can purchase them at the Waterfront Concerts website or Ticketmaster.

Halsey, has received several accolades including three Billboard Music Awards, a Billboard Women in Music Award, an American Music Award and nominations for three Grammy Awards. She was also included on Time's annual list of the 100 most influential people in the world in 2020.

In 2016, she stormed the charts with the Chainsmokers on their single "Closer", which topped the charts in the US and ten countries. After that, a number hits followed.

Her second studio album, "Hopeless Fountain Kingdom" debuted atop the Billboard 200, with smash singles "Now or Never" and "Bad at Love"

The 2018 single, "Eastside" (with Benny Blanco and Khalid), peaked within the top ten.

Halsey's third studio album, "Manic", became her best selling album worldwide. "Without Me" was a #1 tune.
