Police say the bodies of two men were found inside a Farmington home.

UPDATE: Police have identified the two men as 58-year-old Donald Hunter and 55-year-old Kevin Stanley. Their causes of death have not yet been released. 

Farmington Police went to the High Street home just after 9:00 Monday morning, to conduct a well-being check on the two residents. An officer arrived at the scene with NorthStar medical services and found the adult bodies of two males. The Maine State Police Major Crimes Unit was called in to assist in the investigation. Officials say they expect the investigation to last several days, as evidence collected at the scene is analyzed.

The men's bodies were sent to the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner for post-mortem examinations, scheduled for Wednesday. The names of the deceased and their causes of death have not been released.
