July 4th is just around the corner, and now that fireworks are legal here in Maine, we thought we'd make a list of stores near Bangor that sell fireworks.
Make sure to check that your town allows the discharge of fireworks, because not all towns do. Have fun and be safe on this Independence Day!

Big Bang Boom Fireworks is open weekdays 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and weekends 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Big Bang Boom also has a second location at 310 Main Street in Lincoln.

Maine Fireworks LLC is open from June 26-June 30, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., from July 1-4, 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. Maine Fireworks LLC also has a location at 1600 Main St, Palmyra, Maine, near Walmart.

Pyro City Fireworks

Pyro City Fireworks in Ellsworth is open Sunday through Wednesday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Thursday through Saturday, 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. The store carries a full line of Black Cat products. Pyro City has other locations in Manchester, Edgecomb, Winslow and Presque Isle.
