7 (And Then Some) Concerts We Want In Bangor in 2020

So far 2020 music and comedy in Bangor is looking a little bare right now but, very soon, lots of shows will be announced.

Here's what Bangor has in store so far:

February 27th at the Cross Insurance Center 20/20 tour with Mercy Me
June 9th at the Cross Insurance Center Ringo Starr and His All-Star Band & The Avett Brothers
June 13th at the Darling's Waterfront Pavilion Ozzy Osbourne (rescheduled from 2019 season)

Let's take a moment to let it be known what upcoming tours/artists/bands we want to see in Bangor in 2020, perhaps even predict upcoming shows, for next years' concert season.

Here's what we want to see:

Billie Eilish

She is a the top of her game and Bangor might be a little small of a venue for her but, damnit, it's a possibility that she could come up and give us a great concert.

The Jonas Brothers

Another stretch with this artist but they've done enough tours every where else and might need a change in venue scenery and stop by little ol' Bangor, Maine for a sweet summer date.

Lizzo

Bangor deserves some #ladylove and Lizzo is in dire need to bring that to us. She's got a great stage show and it would be so great to have her as a guest here in Bangor.

Miley Cyrus

Miley is on tour next year and it's time to bring some of that crazy up here to the Queen City.

Missy Elliot

I don't really see Bangor is a big hip-hop community but I KNOW that everybody will come out for the Queen of Hip Hop and she is having a spectacular year in 2019 and it's only going to get better in 2020. Her stage shows are outrageous and we need some inspiration up here, Missy!

One Direction

Definitely a teen/tween favorite that teenagers across the state would love to catch and I could imagine would be a great first show for a lot of kids/adolescents in the region.

Christina Aguilera

Talent of all talents, Xtina would be one of those shows that people would remember for a long time. She's pop royalty for a whole generation and her whole set list would be a soundtrack to our younger days. No doubt, a great talent that we would love to see in Bangor.
