The R&B singer is #1 on the Billboard Hot 100 is #1 with "Yeah!" featuring Lil Jon and Ludacris.

2009 - Adam Lambert

May 8th is declared 'Adam Lambert Day' in San Diego.  The city rejoices.

2011 - Lady Gaga

The pop star's first HBO concert, Lady Gaga Presents the Monster Ball Tour at Madison Square Garden is aired.

2014 - Michael Jackson

'Xscape' is released posthumously, featuring 8 tracks of previously unreleased material.

2018 - Ariana Grande

'No Tears Left to Cry' gets on the charts already at #3, without having been on the charts the previous week.  Kinda crazy!
