Will Levant Have The Most Popular Corn Maze in U.S.-You Can Vote
Not that we’re trying to sway the vote. Not at all. Okay, maybe. Definitely.
There is a current contest going on in the United States, voting on the best corn maze in our country. And we do want you to vote for one of the entries. Treworgy Orchards in Levant is known for their corn maze each year. 2021 is no different.
The theme this year comes from the E.B. White classic book Charlotte’s Web. Shout out to Brooklin, Maine. The book was and continues to be one of the best children’s novels ever.
The contest is by USA Today. Here’s the link to vote. And you can vote once each day, but the last day to vote is Monday the 30th and the voting closes at Noon.
So if you’re Maine proud, maybe you can give Treworgy some love and vote.
Treworgy’s award winning corn maze is the longest continually running corn maze in our state, and they certainly are used to the national contest, having won it or finished 2nd in the past 3 years. Here is hoping the trend continues.
Other themes for their corn maze in recent years are last year’s ‘Celebrate Maine’, and over the years ‘Blueberries for Sal’ ‘Paul Bunyon’ and ‘World’s Largest Tractor’
Regardless of the national contest, Treworgy Orchards is a tradition in Maine, and remains open until the end of October. The farm is located at 3876 Union Street in Levant, and is open Tuesday through Saturday 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., Sunday from Noon until 8 p.m., and closed on Mondays. There is a $10 charge to explore the maze.
