Here's something you just don't see everyday!

A wild bear in the Colorado Rockies broke into the lobby of the famous Stanley Hotel this week, the gorgeous hotel that inspired one of Maine horror author Stephen King's most famous works.

You might recognize the hotel from the TV-version of "The Shining." The more well-known Stanley Kubric film wasn't shot at this location.

Jacob from KUSA9 said that he actually connected with the hotel staff:

Just got off the horn with staff at the hotel. Apparently this has never happened before. It was the early morning hours overnight and the bear just waltzed in, took a look around, hopped up on some furniture and then just hopped right back out again - cruising off into the night. -Jacob
