This Saturday, December 4 take part in a way to build your immunity, especially important as we move indoors and endure the cold season when we are more susceptible to passing along viruses.

A unique class is being taught at Sprague's on Union Street in Bangor about building immunity by building a custom tea mix specifically for your immunity needs.

Building Immunity Through Natural Methods

As explained by the teacher of the class, Patricia Conant, there are many natural methods thought to build immunity and one way to consider as part of your diet of protection is tasty, soothing, immune-enhancing tea, according to Patricia.

The class is informational about why you might respond better to one blend of immune-building herbs and why someone else would respond better to a different blend.
