If you're driving in downtown Bangor next weekend, be ready to dodge tiny ghosts, goblins and an array of other adorably frightening figures.

Saturday, October 27, families from all over are invited to bring their costumed kiddos to do some early trick-or-treating downtown. More than 20 downtown businesses are participating this year, so there will be plenty of places to visit and plenty of treats to be collected! This is a great way for those with younger kids to take them around safely, and while there's still daylight out!

The trick-or-treating happens Saturday, October 27th from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.

Being a vet of this event, it's a good idea to go early, as the volume of those who come out for this event has grown larger with each passing year. Go early and you'll have a better chance of making the rounds with a smaller crowd.

You'll also want to keep an eye out for zombies, as this year's 8th Annual Bangor Zombie Walk will also be taking place in downtown that day, at 3 p.m. These events usually intersect at some point, so keep that in mind as you navigate the streets of Bangor that weekend.
