Alright, Bangor! You guys are whippin' 'em out on social media so we're going to play along, too!

People in the area are participating in the '10 Year Challenge' on Facebook, which shares a picture of you from 10 years ago and a recent picture of you now. It's a way to reflect on the changes that have occurred both physically and maybe a way to reflect on the things that have transpired in the past 10 years.

Here are our contributions from the Z Morning Show!

I honestly had a hard time trying to find a picture of myself from 2012 and the photo on the left was the only one I could find but, it's a good one, right?! Those are my kiddos at ages 2 and 5. I'm 26. At that time I was working at St. Joe's in Bangor as a Medical Assistant. Since then, I got opportunities in radio and marketing, we've added a fella to the family, have moved into a new home in a new town. The photo on the right is my hubs and I on our first-ever destination vacation at Key West last September.

Reflecting On 10 Years Past

It's fun to take a look back to think about what has changed for yourself in the past 10 years, thinking of the highs and the lows, the adversities and triumphs. Also to align it with milestones you've come across and the new relationships you've gained.

If you don't participate in the social media challenge, that's fine. But maybe take some time in the beginning of the new year to reflect on how you've grown and changed in the past 10 years and what the next 10 years could bring.
