Stephen Colbert turned his attention to Maine senator Susan Collins during his monologue last night, and went after her now-famous “talking stick” that’s been in the news this week.

The talking stick made headlines after it was used at a meeting of a bipartisan group of senators, who were discussing a strategy to end the stalemate in the senate and reopen the govemrnment over the weekend.
