Spring is here and it's time to get out and check out the creative things made over the winter via a craft fair!

May 14th Craft Fair In Bangor

Luckily for us, Kiwanis is hosting a craft fair Saturday, May 14th so we can peruse the crafts, decor, jewelry, and services that locals can provide to locals. We can even meet a Maine author at this event!

The craft fair will take place at the Beal University building at 99 Farm Road from 9 AM to 3 PM. The day is being hosted by Bangor Breakfast Kiwanis. Bangor Breakfast Kiwanis Club is a group that dedicates a lot of its time to community service and events, including the 4th of July Parade and Fireworks show.

The 9 AM to 3 PM timing is perfect to do your shopping then head out for an early supper!

Special Appearance By Maine Author

Also attending the craft show will be Maine author Tim Caverly. Tim writes about the forest of northern Maine and has written 11 books about Maine's forest. He is the author of 'The Allagash Tails Collection', which features adventure inspired by the great Allagash woods that the author himself has plenty of experiences in. Caverly's love for the Maine woods has even led him to become a Master Maine Guide and Ranger.
