Police Seek Man Who Walked Away from Washington County Home

Original story: Police are seeking the whereabouts of a Cherryfield man who reportedly walked away from his home on Wednesday.
Richard Sutley, 70, is believed to have walked away from his home in Cherryfield, Maine sometime after 5 a.m. He was seen by neighbors, at that time, with a backpack leaving his home.
Sutley is described as extremely thin and with history of mental illness. Police believe he made it to Route 1. If anyone saw or gave Sutley a ride, they are asked to contact the Washington County Sheriff’s Office at 207-255-8308.
It is believed he is wearing dark blue jeans and a blue windbreaker. It is also believed he is headed possibly out of state and is wearing/carrying a light blue back pack.
