Police Seek Information On Missing Hermon Man

The Penobscot County Sheriff's Office is seeking information on a Hermon man last seen in on Spruce Street in Hermon.

Ryan Messer, 25, was last seen April 14 at approximately 3:30 p.m., according to a news release. He was believed to be wearing a plaid insulated shirt and sweatpants. He was carrying an olive colored backpack with brown straps and possibly riding a gray colored 10-speed mountain bike.
