Police: Maine Man Had ‘Thousands of Images of Young Girls’

A Maine man faces child pornography charges after investigators found thousands of images of young girls on his computer, according to police.

Nicholas Henry, 31, of Carthage was charged Monday with possessing sexually explicit material of someone under the age of 12.

He was taken to the Franlkin County Jail, where bail was set at $500.

Henry was given a May 24 court date.

Assisting the Computer Crimes Unit was an investigator from Homeland Security’s office in Maine.
