Police Interview Lindsay Lohan over Theft

Well, it seems as though our favorite fiery red head is off the hook yet again. Is she really innocent? You can make your own assumptions, but for now it seems as if LiLo is in the clear. After a chat with the police on Monday, Lindsay is not being looked at as a suspect in a recent theft at a party she attended.

Sources claim that Lindsay was at a small gathering of people at a Hollywood Hills residence on Sunday night. The next morning the homeowner discovered  that someone had stolen expensive jewelry. Lindsay and the others were all intereviewd by police. TMZ says she's not a suspect at this time.

Innocent until proven guilty? I suppose her past jewelry theft accusations don't automatically make her guilty, but it doesn't look good. Last year, Lohan pleaded no contest to misdemeanor grand theft after she was accused of stealing a necklace from a jewelry store in Venice, California.

When are we going  to start hearing good news about Linds? It wouldn't be as fun to talk about, but we certainly wish her well.
