It's been a rough couple of years and everyone needs to find a way to decompress. Nearing the end of another long and cold winter can really get your goat but, there could be some relief in sight in the form of some laughter therapy.

This Saturday, April 16, the Bangor Arts Exchange is hosting 'Comedy Nite' to help bring a little distraction and levity to our modern times. It's also a chance to get out of the house and an excuse to dress up a little if you want.

The Comedy Line Up

The evening kicks off at 8 PM and features Henry Caitlin, Audrey Farber, Casey Watson & Alex Temple to tickle your funny bone with a master of ceremonies, Ian Stuart.
