Maine is making some changes to how people get the COVID-19 vaccination.

I say people because the residency requirement is being dropped according to You can come to Maine from out of state and decide, “Hey, I want that COVID vaccine” you can get it, and you may not even need an appointment. Many locations also accept walk-in clients as long as they have open appointments and the needed supplies.

These changes are due to the first crush of us who wanted the vaccine got the vaccine and now those who are hesitant or who have problems getting to an appointment so they can open things up to more people who want a COVID vaccine.

I was reading at WABI that with Wal-Mart and Sam’s club now doing vaccines, they will have walk-ins welcome if they can accommodate you; otherwise, you can make an appointment at their websites, and it appears they will have all three of the brands of the vaccine. I am not sure IF YOU get to choose, but that would be nice.

In yesterday’s journey down the rabbit hole that is Youtube, I found a few interesting videos in regards to vaccines. Let me state my personal opinion here…I will never judge you for your decision on this. I had questions and concerns. I talked to people, I watched videos, and read a number of articles and my choice. I made a choice I felt was right for me.

This from Vox about the efficacy rate and what the heck that even means!

The other was from John Oliver and Last Week Tonight. He talks about why some people are hesitant to get the vaccine.
