Man Charged In Pembroke Armed Robbery

A local man has been charged with robbing the Dollar General store in Pembroke Wednesday.

Police said Joshua Fluke, 20, of Charlotte displayed a handgun when he robbed the store, according to WABI.

Fluke fled the store with an undisclosed amount of cash.

Police were given a description of the suspect and were able to locate him after searching the area.

Fluke was transported to to the Washington County Jail in Machias.
