Support Maine Students: Donate School Supplies and Enjoy Free Pizza

Let’s come together as a community to make a difference

Help area kids get ready to go back to school, and have some tasty pie at the same time.

Hard to believe, but the upcoming 2025-2026 school year is almost here, and on average, American families spend about $864 on school supplies each year, which of course not everyone can afford, so Jason's Pizza has come up with a way to help out kids right here in the Bangor/Brewer area.

It was a big hit in the community, so they are bringing it back once again. One reason might be that Jason's has some of the best tasting pizza in the entire state of Maine, so help someone else, then help yourself!

This week, Friday, August 1st-Friday, August 8th, during full business hours "Slices for Supplies" is happening at all 4 Jason's Pizza locations, at 373 Wilson Street in Brewer, 1147 Hammond Street in Bangor, 340 Stillwater Avenue in Bangor, and the newest spot at 49 Topsham Fair Mall Road, in Topsham.

All you have to do, is bring in a donation of school supplies, then get you back a big ol' giant slice of delicious pizza.

Seems like a fair trade.

If you bring in supplies during non-slice times, Jason's will give you a coupon for your next visit.

Here is an easy checklist of needed supplies for the upcoming school year

  • Pens
  • Pencils
  • Notebooks
  • Folders
  • Binders
  • Pencil Boxes
  • Pencil Cases
  • Erasers
  • Backpacks
  • Highlighters
  • Markers
  • Give back to the community, by making sure the students right here in the Bangor/Brewer area have plenty of supplies for the 2025-2026 school year!
