When an insatiable great white shark terrorizes the townspeople of Amity Island, the police chief, an oceanographer and a grizzled shark hunter seek to destroy the blood-thirsty beast.

Whether you're reliving the suspense, or seeing it for the first time, this re-release offers updated formats like IMAX, 3D, and 4DX for an unforgettable, end of summer experience.

"Jaws" will be back up on the big screen, from August 29th to September 4th, 2025, at Bangor Mall Cinemas, 663 Stillwater Avenue, in Bangor.

The film is widely known as the original summer blockbuster, the OG popcorn movie, and it changed the way movies are marketed and released, with a strategy that exists to this day.
