UPDATE - Crashes On I-95 Northbound Lane Cleared

UPDATE: Maine State Police say the crashes have been cleared near the Broadway exit in Bangor. Motorists are still advised to drive with caution, as speed limits are reduced due to the snow.

Is the Road Closed?

Drivers are being urged to avoid the area while police deal with getting the crashes cleaned up. Speed limits on I-95 are reduced to 45 miles per hour because of road conditions. While one lane of travel is open, officials say travel is slowed and the potential for more accidents is considerable.

There's no word, at this point, about whether anyone was hurt.
