Jersey Mike' Subs is continuing its expansion into Maine with the opening of four new stores to bring their total in the state to six.

Jersey Mike's Subs is based out of, you guessed it, New Jersey. It originated in 1956 and was franchised in 1987 and now has 1700 locations throughout the United States. What makes Jersey Mike's unique is that they slice their meats and cheeses right in front of you, trim and cook roast beef right in the store and offer their signature red wine vinegar and olive oil blend to top off your sub with.

The first Jersey Mike's franchise in Maine opened in 2020 at Gallery Boulevard in Scarborough near Walmart. The second opened in the spring of 2021 at the Windham Mall. But they aren't done yet.

Four new franchises are coming soon, according to Jersey Mike's website, but there are no dates currently listed. Here's where you'll find them when they open for business.

The Dunkin' on Bath Road in Brunswick near Cook's Corner recently moved down the street to their own building, leaving a perfect opportunity for Jersey Mike's to take the space.

Right in the heart of Topsham's shopping area, Jersey Mike's has staked its claim on Topsham Fair Mall Road.

Again, no dates are set yet for the opening of any of these locations but keep your eye out on them as they start to develop.
