The Christmas season is all about the kids and Maine Children's Home for Little Wanderers in Waterville is looking for donations for nearly 2,000 low income children across the state of Maine.

The organization is an area group that aims to help Maine families and their children who may need assistance and support across a spectrum in needs: financial, mental, etc.

New toys, books, games, new clothes are needed to help ensure the needs and some wants of kids are met throughout the state and so they too can have a holiday season to be grateful for.

You can help!  Here's what's needed:

  • Boys warm outfits (slim & plus sizes)
  • Boys warm pajamas
  • Underwear
  • Socks
  • Hats & mittens
  • Girls warm outfits (slim & plus sizes)
  • Girls warm pajamas
  • Books
  • Coloring books
  • Board games
  • Popular toys (Frozen, Toy Story, PJ Mask, LOL Surprise, Paw Patrol, Jojo Siwa, Mickey Mouse, Peppa Pig, Trolls, Minecraft, Littlest Pet Shop, Dinosaurs)
  • Play kitchen sets
  • Puzzles
  • Duplo blocks
  • Legos
  • Barbie & doll accessories

Items must be newly purchased and in it's original packaging.  Items can be dropped off at Maine Children's Home in Waterville, located at 93 Silver Street.
