Fun for the whole family is what's on the menu this Halloween at the Maine Discovery Museum, located at 74 Main Street in Downtown Bangor. The event runs from 10am-3pm, and all Halloween activities are free with general museum admission!

MDM celebrates Halloween with fun, not-so-scary activities, and explorations for the little ones with free general admission!

Here is a full breakdown of the days activities and events

10 AM- 3 PM: Tunnel of Thrills and Peek-a-Boo Chills Castle open!
Bring a flashlight and explore, if you dare!

10:15 AM: Visit Dr. Plumpensteins’s Lab for ooey-gooey monster slime!
Make sticky, drippy, stretchy monster slime with a mad scientist!

11 AM: Nature Time in the Boneyard with Professor Lockheart
Creepy, crawly, slithery creatures alive and departed!

1 PM: Glow in the Dark-a-palooza Art!
Paint and color with special paints for a spooky effect!

1:30 PM: Magic Brews and Vapors!
Magical science with ice-cold ingredients!

2 PM: Monster Repellant Lab!
What will you mix in the mad science lab? Anti-goblin spray, dragon “blood," Pixie lure? Then take your monster repellant and go get some candy!

Throughout the day: Pop-up Face painting and Halloween games with prizes! Visit the haunted fireplace photo booth to take a spooky selfie!
