Daughtry Celebrates 20 Years with an Intimate Acoustic Performance

Save the date! On Monday, March 1st, 2027, Daughtry is heading to the Collins Center for the Arts in Orono for what should be a pretty special night.

Chris Daughtry has had an incredible run in music. He first became a household name when he appeared on American Idol in 2006, where his big rock voice quickly made him stand out. Even though he didn’t win, Chris didn’t quit. He went on to form the band Daughtry, and their first album was a huge success.

Songs like “It’s Not Over,” “Home,” and “What About Now” became major hits and helped make Daughtry a familiar name in rock music.

Over the years, Chris has continued making music, releasing albums, and touring with Daughtry. His music ranges from emotional, personal songs to loud and energetic rock anthems. One thing that has always stood out is the emotion he brings to his performances. Whether he’s singing a big rock song or something more stripped down, you can really hear the feeling in his voice.

So, hearing his music in a more unplugged setting should be a real treat.

It’s pretty cool to see how far Chris has come since his American Idol days. Now, 20 years into his career, he’s celebrating with a special intimate acoustic performance at the Collins Center for the Arts in Orono.

Tickets go on sale Friday at 10:00 AM! Tickets can be purchased through the Collins Center for the Arts website

If you’re a Daughtry fan, this is definitely a show you do not want to miss!
