It's back again this weekend, with a twist!

The Blaze Mobile BBQ is coming back again to Bangor, this Saturday from noon-7pm, cooking and serving in the parking lot directly behind Blaze Craft Beer & Wood Fired Flavors in Downtown Bangor!

Saturday looks to be a decent day with brightening skies and temps possibly hitting the mid 60's. Get outta the house, get some fresh Maine spring air, and leave the kitchen behind for an afternoon.

Mainers love some BBQ, and there will be cherry and maple smoked togarashi ribs, southern-style smoked brisket sandwich, smoked chicken wings, your choice of buffalo, or salt 7 vinegar. All of these delicious items will be served with mac & cheese, jalapeno/cheddar cornbread, coleslaw, and house pickles, served with kettle cooked chips.

Don't forget about desert! How about a flowerless chocolate torte, gluten free rich with decadent chocolate, or blueberry cheesecake, made with Maine blueberries.

Maine has some of the best craft brewing in the world, and tomorrow will be a perfect day to have a couple frosty, adult beverages, with cans from Marsh Island Brewing, Battery Steele Brewing, Austin Street Brewery, and of course 26oz crowlers of Blaze Brewing Company for preorder.

Other libations include, a mimosa kit, which features three flavors with a bottle of Brut champagne, the "Strawberry Rhuball", margaritas, passion fruit blazarita's, and adult kiwi lemonade.

Best of all, you can help out a very worthy cause, and indulge with mouth watering barbecue, because 1$ from each meal sold will go towards the Bangor Area Homeless Shelter!
