Hey, there's quite the lineup of music, food and fun in store for us in Brewer. It's all taking place September 8th throughout the 10th at both the Auditorium and Doyle Field.

Brewer Days, A Hometown Celebration, kicks off Friday at 5 with the 11th Annual Brewer Youth Hockey Family Barbecue at the Brewer Auditorium. Dig in, as hamburgers and hot dogs will be served up until 8. The Family Street Dance and Block Party with music by DJ Hart will begin at 7, and the night winds down with fireworks at 8:45.

Get out of bed on Saturday for the Brewer Kiwanis Club's Pancake Breakfast beginning at 7 and serving until 9:30.  The Brewer Farmer's Market will be open for business, and there's a Children's Carnival starting at 10. One of the other very cool things happening Saturday is that the Brewer Police and Fire Departments will be there doing demonstrations!  Make sure the kids check out the giant water slide that the Fire Department will have going by 3:30.

There will also be great music throughout the day by the Ian Black Band, the Allison Ames Band, RetroRockerz and Sargent Stache & Major Majors of the 195th Army Band!  Then strap on the bib as Saturday ends with a Spaghetti Supper provided by the Brewer Historical Society right there at the Auditorium!

Always a favorite is the 10th Annual Brewer Days Car Show beginning at 9AM on Sunday and continuing until about 3.  Plus, it's Brewer Land Trust Day with games and live music on the Brewer Waterfront!
