Many who grew up in Eastern Maine, are familiar with Spencer's Ice Cream in Bradley.

Known for making their ice cream in-house, they're often a destination for ice-cream lovers who are traveling through the area.

The last of the ice cream shop hold-outs, Spencer's finally released they're opening date for this season, and we won't have to wait too much longer.

According to their Facebook Page, Spencer's has been busy training new hires and setting up shop. They plan to open, officially, on Saturday, April 29th at 1 PM.

They'll be open, after that, through Labor Day (or just a little beyond that) from 1 PM to 8 PM Daily.

Spencer's has been located at 77 Main St. in Bradley for decades and has been making homemade ice cream since 1933.
