The Black Crowes Live in Bangor Tonight: Must-Know Details
A busy week of concerts kicks off on the Bangor Waterfront!
To say we have been spoiled with incredible music the last several years would be an understatement, so just looking at the lineup at the Maine Savings Amphitheatre, is enough to make your head spin.
The list of concerts coming to Bangor this year is impressive. Best of all, there is a true variety of artists this year, with something for everyone, in every genre of music, and the summer is jam packed!
The legendary Black Crowes will rock the Maine Savings Amphitheater, tonight.
Door Time: 5:30pm
Show Time: 7pm
You can expect a night of high energy rock & roll, with a heavy dose of blues, r&b, and Rolling Stones type swagger.
In 1990, when they released their debut album, "Shake Your Money Maker" they broke through in a major way, with MTV hits like “Hard to Handle” and “She Talks to Angels” .
Follow-up albums like "The Southern Harmony and Musical Companion" showcased their Southern rock sound.
After breaking up in 2002, they reunited in 2005, then took another break in 2013, due to some pretty heavy conflict between brothers Chris and Rich Robinson.
Lucky for us, they have patched thing up, released a killer new album "Happiness Bastards" and are sounding better than ever!
Later in the week, there are three other fantastic shows coming to Bangor:
Wednesday, July 30–Live & Collective Soul
Thursday, July 31–Chicago
Saturday, August 2nd-Brett Michaels, Vince Neil & Stephen Pearcy
As always good to be prepared before you head to a Maine Savings Amphitheater, there are some do's and don'ts that you need to know.
Let's break it down for you!
