This is beautiful.

A beautiful civic project, and we all get to witness the beauty. Now, and for many years to come.

4 years ago, Elisabeth Wolfe envisioned the beauty. And she’s the driving force behind it happening.  And it is happening.

Her vision was to see daffodils in Belfast.  Lots and lots of daffodils. Everywhere. A million daffodils.

Elisabeth Wolfe is the founder of The Belfast Daffodil Garden

"This project is by you and for you. It is a celebration of "Maine- as life is". Thank you Belfast Community for all you do to make our community one of the best places in the world to live”

At the end of this year, there will be close to 130,000 bulbs that have been planted in the last 4 years.  Planted by locals and regional volunteers from all walks of life.  People that can imagine what the already beautiful city of Belfast will look like in the future. And they are helping to shape the future.

27 businesses have supported the creation of a Belfast Business Daffodil Garden that will sport over 9000 bulbs
