Hey Bangor—food truck season is BACK 🚚🔥

I have a serious obsession with food trucks. Like… if there were a reality show where I travel the country eating at them and giving dramatic opinions, I’d already be packed. (Netflix, call me.)

Luckily, I don’t have to travel far—Bangor is stacked with amazing options.

One of the standouts? The Lobstah Buoy, located at 268 Odlin Road, right across from Tim Hortons. They’re kicking off their 10th season on Tuesday, May 5th, and this is your official warning that those cravings are about to intensify.

Even better, they’ve been named one of the best food trucks in the United States by the Food Network. Not bad for a local legend.

They’ll be serving weekdays from 11am to 5pm (hours may shift later in the season, but for now: lunch plans = solved).

And trust me, I know this one personally, because I pass it on my way home every day, and when that lobster craving hits, there’s no resisting a quick stop for “just one bite” that somehow becomes a full meal.

Let’s talk menu: fresh Maine lobster (never frozen), lobster rolls in three sizes—baby buoy (2 oz), quarter pound, and half pound—plus fried whole belly clams, clam strips, fish & chips, crab rolls, sea scallops, and shrimp.

Everything seafood comes with fresh-cut fries and coleslaw, and if seafood isn’t your thing, they’ve got cheeseburgers, hot pastrami, and red hot dogs. And yes, save room for dessert: whoopie pies and strawberry shortcake. Yum.

They’re proudly known as “Greater Bangor’s Original Fresh Shucked Food Truck,” and they’re rolling back in just in time for spring and summer.
