7 Stupid Questions ‘Those From Away’ Ask Mainers

Ayuh, we Mainers have pretty much heard them all.

The tourists from away. They ask questions. Any normal tourist would.  With today's technology providing all the answers on one's smartphone, folks from Jersey, Michigan and Florida don't ask as many questions as they had in the past.

But they still do.

Questions like, "Where's the nearest gas station?" We can handle that one. "Is there a motel around here?" Yes, we're prepared for that one as well.

But some questions asked by "those from away" still amaze us. Even after the fifth or sixth time that we've heard them.
