My New Obsession-Spike TV’s ‘Bar Rescue’

Over the weekend, I happened to catch a marathon of the Spike TV show "Bar Rescue" and now I can say I am hooked!

The series stars Jon Taffer, who has either started up or ran over 800 establishments over the last three decades.

Bar owners submit an application to Spike TV to have their failing bar "rescued" by Jon and his team of experts, that includes bartenders and chefs and other troubleshooters.

Each episode is an hour and is very entertaining, especially Taffer, who looks like he could have ran with Tony Soprano's crew.

I saw 4 or 5 episodes and when I learned 26 have aired, I got excited in a way that only someone with no life can.
