A report released Tuesday by U.S. News & World Report ranked Maine high schools in several different areas, including student-teacher ratio, college readiness, and reading and math performance. Maine high schools must instruct students in eight subject areas, including career and education development and world languages.

So, of the many high schools in the state of Maine, which are the top schools in the state?
