While standing outside in Scarborough, someone took a short video of bright objects floating in the Maine sky. Was it UFOs or something else?

The National UFO Reporting Center has put out their stats of UFO sightings so far for 2019 and Maine has had 21 sighings. That's WAY ahead of last year's pace where we had a TOTAL of 24 sighings.

So what was it? A UFO? A meteor? And what caused the low rumble that several people heard and felt in the cold early morning hours?
