According to an article in the Bangor Daily News, liquor distributors across the Pine Tree state sold at least 13,000 more cases of everything ranging from vodka to whiskey than during the months of March and April than they did back in 2019, averaging out to about 15% more in March and 17% more in April.  Can you tell that things are a little bit more stressed so far here in 2020?

We're not alone though, as liquor sales have skyrocketed across the nation as well.  Really, besides watching NetFlix and playing with the house cat, what else is there to do while you're quarantined at home?  Engage in quality conversation?  We don't think so.

Clairvoyant Mainers sent liquor sales rising back in February before schools and businesses were even shut down.  Mainers also didn't venture far from their comfort zone as the big three were still the best sellers in the state - Fireball Cinnamon Whisky, Allen’s Coffee Flavored Brandy and Tito's Handmade Vodka.
