A man from Enfield was arrested last weekend, as part of an ongoing investigation into illegal drug and firearm activity.

According to the Penobscot County Sheriff's Office, 41-year-old Paul Dolhancryk now faces felony charges after a search warrant was executed at a home on Dodlin Road in Enfield.

Sheriffs say this search warrant was the second in this particular case. The first one came about as a result of a traffic stop in Orono over Memorial Day weekend.

"During the search warrant, 16 additional firearms were seized as well as suspected cocaine. Deputies also found evidence of the manufacturing of crack cocaine at the residence."

They say Dolhancryk is charged with "Unlawful Possession of Schedule W Drugs (Class C Felony), Possession of a Firearm by a Prohibited Person (Class D Misdemeanor), and Violation of Conditional Release (Class E Misdemeanor)."
